4/10 /2024 – 5/31/2024 | Post Training Check in 20 minute meeting with Lifetime Arts Programming Team. Discuss initiative, your thoughts and concerns, and establish an initial personalized timeline for your programs. |
4/10/2024 – 12/20/2024 | Conduct Community Assessments Survey and review both the resources and interests in your community, in terms of participant interests, potential partners. Schedule Lifetime Arts Vision Planning Office Hours 30-minute coaching sessions with the Lifetime Arts Programming team. Discuss your findings, and troubleshoot your program vision. Please Note: Only schedule your coaching session after completion of community assessments. |
6/1/2024-6/31/2025 | Program Implementation |
5/1/2024 – 3/31/2025 | Program Plans Review Via the online form, submit the details of your program including the schedule, curriculum outline, and budget. Lifetime Arts staff will provide feedback and recommendations in a timely manner, in order to facilitate the most successful program possible. Deadlines for submitting curricula and materials budgets are at least four weeks before the anticipated start of class. |
6/31/2025 | All programmatic activity must be complete |
