6/1 /2023 – 7/31/2023Post Training Check in
20 minute meeting with Lifetime Arts Programming Team. Discuss initiative, your thoughts and concerns, and establish an initial personalized timeline for your programs.
6/1/2023 – 3/31/2024Conduct Community Assessments
Survey and review both the resources and interests in your community, in terms of participant interests, potential partners.

Schedule Lifetime Arts Vision Planning Office Hours
30-minute coaching sessions with the Lifetime Arts Programming team. Discuss your findings, and troubleshoot your program vision. Please Note: Only schedule your coaching session after completion of community assessments.
9/1/2023-6/31/2025Program Implementation
8/1/2023 – 3/31/2025Program Plans Review
Via the online form, submit the details of your program including the schedule, curriculum outline, and budget. Lifetime Arts staff will provide feedback and recommendations in a timely manner, in order to facilitate the most successful program possible.

Deadlines for submitting curricula and materials budgets are at least four weeks before the anticipated start of class. 
6/31/2025All programmatic activity must be complete
7/31/2025All evaluations are due
