Survey and review both the resources and interests in your community, in terms of participant interests, potential partners.
Schedule Lifetime Arts Office Hours
30-minute coaching sessions with the Lifetime Arts Programming team. Discuss your findings, and troubleshoot your program vision. Please Note: Only schedule your coaching session after completion of community assessments.

11/15/2021 – 4/1/2022Program Plans Review
Via an online form, submit the details of your program(s) including the schedule, a curriculum outline, and an itemized budget (templates provided here). Lifetime Arts staff will provide feedback and recommendations in a timely manner, in order to facilitate the most successful program possible.

Deadlines for submitting curricula and budgets are dependent on program start date (see timeline), and we request plans are submitted at least 8 weeks before the anticipated start of class.
