Consultations and technical assistance can cover a variety of topics, including vision planning, partnership development, curriculum feedback, marketing, recruitment and registration strategies, logistics, programmatic troubleshooting, and more. Your entire program implementation team, including staff from your organization, partners, and teaching artists are invited to participate in these consultation sessions.
Consultations can be initiated in two ways:
- Virtual Meetings: If you or your team have in-depth questions or thoughts you would like to explore, you can set up a 30 minute consultation with the Lifetime Arts Program Team via this form.
- After completing a series of questions, you will be redirected to Calendly to schedule your coaching session.
- Coaching sessions are conducted via Google Meet, though we can absolutely change the platform to meet your needs.
- Email: If you have a quick question you can send us an email at support@lifetimearts.org
Where to start:
We recommend that you start your technical assistance by signing up for an initial vision planning session, where we can go over your program concepts, community assessment data, and overall questions and concerns about creative aging programming.
